Did you know that not every code your refrigerator shows you is a true failure? 😅

LG’s OF F and Samsung’s OF OF mean demo mode, also called showroom mode. The lights come on, the display works, the buttons respond, and the unit doesn’t cool anything at all. It’s the setting stores use so floor models look alive without running the compressor all day. It sometimes gets switched on during delivery or after a power surge.

If your brand new fridge isn’t cooling, check our latest blog post before you panic: https://oracleappliance.com/blog/refrigerator-error-codes/

"From the initial scheduling of the appointment with their office to completion of work, Oracle Appliance provided exceptional customer service.

Our Frigidaire side-by-side refrigerator was not dispensing water or making ice; Webster was able to quickly diagnose the cause of the problem - a faulty water inlet valve assembly, which is a known issue with our make/model refrigerator. We also had a burned out freezer light bulb which Oracle replaced as part of the service call. We have a service contract with AHS for our single home rental in Cape Coral and Oracle was dispatched by AHS to respond to our service call.

Communication between Oracle's office, their technician and our tenant on site, as well as between their technician and homeowner was excellent; they scheduled the appointment directly with our tenant, but understood the importance to communicate status updates and required service separately with the landlord /homeowner. Not all companies understand that tenants cannot authorize service, but Oracle does and this was much appreciated.

We were very impressed with Oracle Appliance and highly recommend them; if you are looking for a good experience including prompt response time, excellent communication, professional and honest diagnosis and follow up with owner, then give Oracle a call. It's hard to find companies who still provide excellent customer service like this, but Oracle is proof that they still exist."
