Want to meet builders? Go where they are. 🏗️ Ronda Ross's tips: join your local builder association, and show up at build sites on Monday mornings when builders walk their sites. Don't go for the listing — go to build the relationship, learn how they build, and ask questions. They're proud of their work and they want to talk about it.

It started by accident — one struggling builder, one listing, one shot. 🎯 Ronda Ross sold it fast, but that's not why she got the next one. She got it because she did what most agents won't: communicate every single week, and show her work, not just talk about it. That's how you build trust that turns into hundreds of listings.

"Fire" phone calls over a hairline crack. 😅 Rhonda Ross gets them all the time from buyer's agents who don't understand new construction. The truth: whether you rep the buyer or the seller, your job is to protect the asset — and you can't do that if you don't understand how homes are actually built.

I came across this quote a few months ago and haven’t stopped thinking about it since.

“When your problems feel big, go where you feel small.”

Take a look at nature for a second.

Abundance is everywhere out there. A single apple doesn’t just give you an apple; it gives you seeds to grow an entire orchard.

Nature doesn’t do scarcity. It never has.

In fact, nature has no worries whatsoever.

The ocean doesn’t stress about the tide. The tree doesn’t overthink spring. Nature doesn’t even know it’s Monday.

Problems only exist in the human mind.

Don’t believe me?

Stop for a second and look around the room. You are safe. Right here, right now, in this moment, everything is okay.

The problem isn’t in the room. It’s in your thoughts.

Which means we can also put them down.

Next time things feel heavy, don’t grind harder. Go outside. It will pass. Everything does.

Let the size of the world shrink your problems back down to the right size.

700 listings over the next 2.5 years. 🤯 Not by chasing one deal at a time — by securing entire multi-phase developments. Ronda Ross breaks down how one builder relationship becomes 5, 10, even 12 homes at a time… and why the best inventory in any market is the stuff you can't see on the MLS.

Every builder in your market is a relationship you haven't started yet. 🏗️ Rhonda Ross went from unknown to controlling hundreds of listings — and it started with one simple move: get in front of them and add value before you ask for anything. In a slower market, builders need you more than ever.

21,000 real estate agents in Houston. Rhonda Ross isn't competing with any of them. 🔥

Today, she's at the center of close to 700 homes across multiple developments - because she has become the person builders need. Someone they can't imagine doing business without.

Stop talking to your camera like a DJ. Eddie Brady's trick: picture a past client and just talk to them. 🎯 Text YOUTUBE to 833-500-1135 for the full system.

Most agents post the same content on Instagram and YouTube — and wonder why neither one converts.

Eddie Brady breaks it down: Instagram followers are dreamers (scrolling, "this looks cool"). YouTube viewers are researchers (actively planning a move, typing questions into Google). Same person, two different mindsets — your content has to speak to each one differently.

Most agents ask for referrals. The best agents make them easy to give.

Here’s what I learned from one agent who built a $100 million team without buying a single lead.

He calls it painting word pictures.

Here’s the insight - nobody ever says “I need a realtor.” They say things like “my job is transferring me to Richmond” or “we are busting at the seams in this house.”

Those are real estate conversations. Most people just don’t recognize them as one.

Your job is to teach the people in your world to recognize them for you.

And the way you do that is by speaking their language.

With military clients he doesn’t ask if anyone is moving. He asks if anyone is up for PCS or rotation. When he uses the word moving they say no. When he says PCS they immediately think of three people.

With doctors and medical students the word is matched - the moment a resident gets assigned to a hospital and has to relocate. With nurses he asks about moving to a different hospital or into private care. With firefighters and police he asks about changing stations or districts.

Every profession has its own language for transition. Learn it and you’ll find referrals nobody else is finding.

But he takes it one step further. Before he ever asks for a referral he asks this question:

“What does a good referral look like for you?”

He learns what they need. He sends business their way first. And when you do that consistently people want to return the favor.

The best referral business isn’t built by asking. It’s built by understanding, serving and showing up first.

Who in your world could you serve better this week?
