Good morning friends! Lots to watch and talk about over the next few days with Delta looking very well organized, and the potential of a Fujiwara effect with Gamma. So, what happens if an area already affected gets hit again? Well, in 2004 when the Treasure Coast of Florida was hit by Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne, two separate claims were filed, with only one deductible applied. Legislators will ultimately make that call, but the relevancy on our part would be to separate and depict the damage occurring by each storm. Just one more twist and turn of tricky 2020.

Good Morning & Happy Saturday, Friends! We have full time Building Consultants on the ground in Lake Charles, Pensacola/Gulf Shores and Panama City. I will be in Lake Charles on Monday, October 5-11th for appointments and Meet & Greets, followed by Pensacola/Gulf Shores, October 12-18th. From there, I will be in Lake Charles for half of the month and then Pensacola/Gulf Shores for the other half of the month. I just bought houses in both locations, and am excited to become part of both communities!! We are already helping clients close files, and the first series of checks from reinspects are coming in!
