Leaning Towards Change Eliminate errors, mistakes, defects, issues, and inefficiencies from day-to-day work processes With the help of the staff, we work to eliminate issues found.

Leaning Towards Change is available for consulting and leading major business initiatives to address the errors, defects, inefficiencies, and wastes that are negatively impacting a business or organization, regardless of size. We will meet with staff to determine the current state, and provide training, mentoring, and coaching in completing performance/process/quality improvement projects. For tho

se that don't know what Lean Six Sigma is, it is a performance and process improvement methodology that utilizes DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) along with Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques. We go where the work is being done and listen to the voice of the customer, be it the employees or customers themselves, walk the processes out to determine where the wastes, inefficiencies, defects, and errors are as part of the daily work processes. When select projects are completed, a business or organization can potentially save money, time, supplies, while also improving customer/employee satisfaction, safety, quality, efficiency and effectiveness.

As part of , we talk about the importance and value of the voice of the customer. A customer is anyone positively and/or negatively impacted as part of a process. EVERYTHING is a process. EVERYONE, regardless of who you are, has a voice and should feel valued, respected, appreciated.πŸ’Ž This is a friendly reminder for you and for me: You are worthy and you are ! God created us all to be unique! If you are in a position where you don't feel valued, move around!
