A 100 year old rodeo arena in the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards. Transformed into a private corporate dinner for one night.

We took the arena floor where the rodeo takes place and transformed it. Rows of tables dressed with gorgeous floral arrangements and custom table settings all themed around the Fort Worth Stockyards aesthetic. A full stage complete with a speaker backdrop and leather couches for presenters. The kind of setup that makes people walk in and immediately reach for their phone.

This is what venue selection actually looks like when it's done with intention. Once we narrow down the venues in your city that meet your goals, we look for the one that has the coolness factor. The space that makes your guests feel something the moment they walk in. That feeling is what makes an event stick.

We've planned events in ballrooms, boardrooms, rooftops, and ranches across Texas. The venue always matters. But every once in a while you find one that does half the work for you. Cowtown Coliseum was that venue.

Picture this. You have an idea that won't go away. A leadership conference. An annual series. Something bigger than what your organization has done before. You know it needs to happen. You just don't know how to make it happen.

So you fill out the form on our website. Here's what happens next.

We reach out and set up a call. Not a sales pitch. A real conversation about your idea, your goals, and what success actually looks like for your organization.
From there we walk you through The Essential Eight Steps to Planning Your Event. The planning process that shapes every event we produce. It tells us both whether we're the right fit for each other. If it's a yes on both sides… the idea you've been sitting on starts becoming something real.

Bad audio will ruin your event. Every time. It doesn't matter how beautiful the venue is. It doesn't matter how good the speaker is. If the mic cuts out, if the slides won't load, if the room can't hear what's happening on stage… that's what people remember. Not the food. Not the decor. The technical failure.

This is why AV is never an afterthought for us. A 150 person conference with multiple speakers and slide decks needs a professional AV team on site. A small private dinner with a few toasts still needs a microphone that actually works and a speaker that fills the room. The event size may change but the standard we hold for AV never does.

Every event we produce has AV planned out. Not patched together last minute. Not figured out day of. Planned, tested, and executed by some of the best AV teams in DFW and across the country.

Your guests should be focused on your event. Not wondering why they can't hear anything.

Even in our personal lives it happens. A digital invite drops and the event is in three days. Scrambling to clear your schedule… for something you should have known about weeks ago. You show up feeling unprepared. And that feeling follows you through the whole night.

Now imagine that happening at a CORPORATE event. We won't let that happen and here is why. This is EXACTLY why Step 3 of The Essential Eight exists. Getting the word out isn't an afterthought. It's a strategy. A save the date. A formal invitation. Reminders as the date gets closer. The format built around your goal and your budget.

Planning a conference series is not a job for your executive assistant. It's a lot to manage and the margin for error is small. You're juggling attendance, sponsors, speakers, room setup, A/V… and that's before the first agenda is even written.

The things that make or break a conference are rarely the big, obvious ones. It's the schedule that keeps every session on time. The vendor team that already knows the plan. The person on-site who catches a problem before it becomes yours.

We've seen what happens when those pieces are handled well. We've also seen what happens when they're not.

For leaders and department heads planning events in Fort Worth and across Texas… this is the conversation to start early. Link in bio to book your complimentary consultation. 💚

Ten years of planning events in Fort Worth means we know this city. The venues, the vendors, the hidden gems and the crowd favorites.

Fort Worth has a lot of options… and that's actually the hard part. Picking the right venue for the right event is one of the most important decisions you'll make. Get it wrong and the whole thing can feel off before it even starts.

Want Cozy western vibes? The Stockyards has you covered. Need a big stage and a Broadway feel? The Bass Performance Hall downtown or Casa Mañana just down the street. Running a non-profit event and want something with character? The Fort Worth Zoo and the Museum of Science and History are two of our favorites.

Every event has a place that fits it perfectly. Finding that place is something we take seriously.

Not sure where to start? That's exactly what our consulting services are for. One conversation can save you weeks of searching. Reach out to us via our website, we would love to help.

For the 5th year in a row, Moxxie Concepts had the privilege of partnering with the City of Fort Worth Mayor’s Office on their annual Where Achievement Begins celebration… and this one was something else.

On April 16th, 600 Fort Worth high school seniors walked into the Fort Worth Zoo and left with a medal around their neck and their own Polaroid camera to capture their next chapter.

Mayor Mattie Parker led the morning, spotlighting student success and the growing impact of workforce development across North Texas. Additionally, she held a fireside chat with former NASA astronaut, U.S. Navy SEAL, and President & CEO of the National Medal of Honor Museum, Chris Cassidy.

This one made the rounds too. The Fort Worth Report covered it, the City of Fort Worth highlighted it, and Mayor Parker even turned the interview into a podcast episode.

Five years in. The event keeps growing. So does the impact.

Thank you to Mayor Mattie Parker and the City of Fort Worth Mayor’s Office for trusting us year after year. And thank you to every vendor who helped make it happen. 👇

On April 16th, JPS Health Network broke ground on a $938M hospital. We rolled out the blue carpet… literally. Custom hard hats, bronze shovels, and a helicopter to top it off.

1,000 guests gathered on the site of what will become a new chapter for Fort Worth and the entire community JPS serves. This one made the news too… The Dallas Morning News, Fort Worth Report , JPS Health Network News, and WFAA all covered it.

From live music and large-scale signage featuring renderings of the new hospital… guests weren't just attending a ceremony. They were standing in the future of JPS right here in Fort Worth, Texas.

Thank you to JPS Health Network for trusting us with something this important. And thank you to every vendor who helped bring it to life 👇

Budget is not a bad word. It's actually one of the first things we need to know.

Your budget determines everything… your venue, your florals, your tables and linens, the vendors we call first. When we know your number, we build your event around it. Not the other way around.

We've worked with budgets of a few thousand dollars and we've worked with no ceiling at all. Both can be done well. Both deserve the right plan. That's where we come in.

Tell us what you're working with. We'll make sure what you're paying goes toward making your event reach its goals.
