💲 Pay: $31.69/hour
🕗 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📋 Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
What You'll Do:
✔ Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
✔ Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
✔ Support financial audits and maintain compliance with accounting standards
✔ Prepare financial statements and reports
✔ Utilize ERP/accounting software and advanced Excel to manage financial data
What We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
✅ 3+ years of accounting or finance experience (Master's degree may substitute for one year of experience)
✅ Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
✅ Experience with ERP or financial reporting systems
✅ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
⭐ Preferred:
Government or public sector accounting experience
Experience in a structured, compliance-focused environment
