Beach Home Closing Checklist:
☑️ Empty fridge and pantry of perishables
☑️ Unplug small appliances + electronics
☑️ Set A/C to a humidity-control setting (or 78°F)
☑️ Turn off water at the main valve
☑️ Flush toilets & add a little RV antifreeze to prevent drying
☑️ Close blinds and curtains to protect from sun damage
☑️ Bring in or secure outdoor furniture
☑️ Check windows and doors for a tight seal
☑️ Forward mail & pause deliveries
