🏋️‍♂️ Strong kids. Active summer. Fun included!

Chamber Member CrossFit Dunes is launching Kid Fit — a summer fitness program for kids ages 6–12.

Classes kick off the week of June 15th on Tuesdays at 10AM and Thursdays at 10:30AM.

45 minutes of age-appropriate workouts, fitness games, and big smiles.

💪 No pre-registration is required. These are drop-in classes at the CrossFit gym located at 1132 Main Street in downtown Frankfort.
