I wanted to dedicate my small businesses Faithful Friday to a mom in desperate need!
Standing with Kelsie & Her Family: Let’s make this a Special Community Project -
If you’ve been following alongside with me for a while, you know how much I care about the people in our community. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be dedicating my spare time and hands to support a mom who really needs a lifting hand right now.
Kelsie is a mom of three who has been fighting kidney disease since she was just four years old. She’s currently facing Stage 5 kidney failure and goes to dialysis three times a week for hours at a time. Because of her health and treatment schedule, she’s unable to work, making basic bills and everyday expenses a real struggle for her family.
I want to help lighten that load. And hope that you join me to do so as well! I have created a custom Kidney Awareness T-shirt in this post, and 100% of the proceeds from every shirt sold outside of material cost will go straight to her GoFundMe to cover living expenses, care, and basic needs for her kids.
Beyond raising money, my big hope is to get the word out so Kelsie can find a living kidney donor (she is Blood Type O+).
