I’ve Been Pray/Reflect A Lot Bc I Thought About What I Want To Achieve Before I Turn 3️⃣2️⃣ In 9️⃣Months From Today.🥳🙏🏽❤️‍🔥 & God Sure Did Reveal Many TRUTHS Today & Gave Signs To Let Me Know Im On The Right Path To FREEDOM.😇🙌🏽✝️💘 Just Letting The World Know That The Has Been REBORN AGAIN- I Mean Look @ Her From Almost 6 Years Ago, @ The Last Conference She Spoke At & LiveTweeted From Before Her SMQ BABY Empire Came Crashing Down & She Fell Into DEEP Depression Started Leading Up To Her Wantin To Actually Die Instead Of Livin Bc She Felt Alone & Unloved & Just Lost, Nothing To Live For, Felt Like A Failure Etc & Look @ Her Today- Same Infectious Smile, She Let Her Beautiful Thick Mane Out Like A LIONESS🦁😍💪🏽🍊💙 She Hasn’t Been Out In Public W Her Long Hair Out Since She First Moved Home Bc Her Mother Told Her She Looks Like A Scary Monster🤪 But Thank God She Found God Again & She Found Herself Again.She Knows Who She Truly is & What She’s Capable Of. 👸🏾 Except This New Version Of ™ Has Been Called Home To Speak About Her Testimony & Use Social Media To Bless Others About Her New Passions Such As Fitness, Mental Health, & Faith! Launching As The “Faith & Fitness Coach” To Help Others Heal & Recover From “Mental Illnesses” Thru Holistic Approaches Like Fitness, Nutrition & Of Course GOD IS MY STRENGTH So I Will Be Studyin The Bible More & Still Gotta Pass My CPT Exam😅 It’s Really Hard Being A Student Again Since I Graduated From A DECADE AGO!🤯🍊💙 Yeah Basically Using Everything I Learned On My Own From@Depression, Anxiety, bipolar 1 disorder, PTSD.. everything I wrote in 2 Years Ago On 5/24/20 Is Confirmation That Im On The Right Path. When God Wakes Me Up Around 5Am Naturally, I Start Praying & Reading The Holy Bible, Only Book I Need. I ♥️ My Bible Bc My Bestie Sis Gifted It To Me The Last Time I Was Hospitalization, I Apologized For The Random Ink Markings😅 When I Logged Into FB, I Saw My Brother In Christ Comment On Last Night’s Post About Breaking Away From Addictions & Tryin To Escape From Reality. I Didn’t Know This History About “Yoga” & The Crazy Part Is, I Received This “Free Gift Book On Yoga & Meditation To Help Relieve Stress & Anxiety” & It Came W/ 2 Cookies!? It Showed Up “Randomly” On Xmas Eve After My Dad & I Came Home From Church. I Thought, Hmm Interesting I Will Try To Get Back To Yoga… Y’all It’s Almost Been A Month Just Sittin There In The Corner Of My Room. Honestly Something Didn’t Feel Right In My Spirit Especially Today After Seeing My Friends Comment & I’ve Stopped Consuming Sugar… So I Literally Threw That Book & Everything Else That I Found In My Room That Needs To GO IN THE TRASH 🔥 Honestly It’s Been Years Since I’ve Even Done Yoga🤣 Bc All I Need Is Prayers, My Bible & Exercise, & JESUS✝️ To Be Healed From Anything & Everything & To Live A Happy & Peaceful Life Of Blessings. When The Holy Spirit Speaks To You, You Just Obey Even If It’s Things You’ve Been Holding Onto For Decades! Nope, I Don’t Need Yoga, Crystals, Tarot Cards, Astrology, Alcohol, Drugs, B**M, Ho**ah, All Of The Sins I’ve Done In The Past… Bc I’m Officially Being REBORN Again In The Name Of Jesus Christ In 5 Days! 💚

I’m Speaking To My Psychiatrist Tmrw After 6months…I’m Praying She Understands What I’m Saying About My Body & The Side Effects Of Lithium I’m Experiencing Again. If She Still Tells Me I Have To Take Lithium For The REST OF MY LIFE & Refuses To Even Consider Lowering My Dosage…… I Already Know What I Have To Do Bc I’ve Been Doing Research On How To Safely Become Lithium-Free/Medications-Free….I’m Going To Find A 2nd Opinion, I Already Have A Holistic Psychiatrist In Mind. I Know I’m Not Going “Crazy” Or “Manic” Or “It’s The Bipolar Talkin” Bc I Know My Body & Mind & Myself Well Enough Especially After These Past 4 Years Of All Kinds Of Ups & Downs….

I REFUSE To Take This Lithium 💊 For The Rest Of My Life Bc I Don’t Want To Have Future Health Issues Like Kidney Failure or Thyroid Issues— Those Are SERIOUS Side Effects Of Lithium. 🤦🏽‍♀️ & I Don’t Want To Try A New Mood Stabilizer & Feel Side Effects All Over Again, NOPE!
