You had three big priorities at the start of the year. Can you name them right now?

Most owners can’t. The plan got buried under everything urgent, and the year kept moving anyway.

That’s what strategic planning is actually for — giving your team a shared direction so the daily work builds toward something, instead of just keeping the wheels on.

This is part 1 of a series on how to plan in a way that actually sticks. Follow along if you want your next year to look different from this one. 👇

Before you invest in another tool, hire another person, or jump into the next strategy, ask yourself this:

Have I fully leveraged what I already have?

One of the biggest mistakes I see business owners make is assuming growth requires something new.

Most of the time, the opportunity is already there.

It's sitting inside your team.
Inside your processes.
Inside your client base.
Inside the data you're already collecting.

The businesses that scale well aren't always the ones with the most resources.

They're the ones that get the most out of the resources they already have.

What's one thing in your business that you're probably underutilizing right now?

Have you done the math as a business owner on how much it is costing you to be the one everyone is waiting on for answers in your own business?

Watch this quick video that shows the math as an example if you have a team of 5.

Then let me know. What do you think your math is?

We had a great time at the gala, Under the Stars! Their event was raising money for a new 3D mammogram machine, something that is so important for early detection of breast cancer. Thankful to be a part of such a special evening for a great cause.

You don’t need more. You need to use what you have. 👇

Most business owners think they are stuck because they are missing something. A better system. A bigger team. A new strategy.

But after working with founders across every industry, I can tell you the answer is almost never something new. It is something already inside the business that is being ignored, underused, or misunderstood.

Here are four places I look every single time: Your people, your meetings, your data, and your existing clients.

The gap between where you are and where you want to be is not a resource problem. It is an activation problem.

If you are ready to build the structure your business already needs, Structured to Scale is for you. Video modules, tools, and group coaching to help you scale without the chaos. Link in bio.

If your business can only run smoothly when you’re online, available, and constantly answering questions… you don’t have a scalable business yet.
Strong systems create independence.

They reduce bottlenecks, speed up ex*****on, and help teams operate with confidence.

A business that depends on memory will always hit a ceiling.

A business built on systems can scale.

Most founders think growth will eventually create freedom.

But without structure…
growth usually creates more chaos.

More decisions.
More pressure.
More dependency on you.

That’s why so many business owners feel trapped inside businesses that technically look “successful.”

The problem usually isn’t effort.
It’s structure.

If you’re:
• Approving everything
• Constantly reacting
• Losing good people
• Unable to unplug
• Growing revenue while stress keeps climbing

…your business has likely outgrown the way it currently operates.

The good news?
Structure problems are solvable.

Because scaling isn’t about working harder.
It’s about building a business that can function without everything depending on you.

That starts with clarity:
Clear roles.
Clear ownership.
Clear decision-making.
Clear priorities.

Your structure is either your ceiling or your launchpad.

DM me “STRUCTURE" and let’s figure out which one it is.

The fastest way to overwhelm yourself is trying to systemize everything at once.

Start with a running list of repeatable tasks that need structure.

Then build one process at a time.

Simple steps now = scalable growth later.
