Designed and produced the official event program for the Brown County TX Republican Party Inaugural Reagan Day Luncheon held at Howard Payne University attended by 125 guests. The program was created for distribution to attendees and event leadership, including the office of Senator Phil King, whose Chief of Staff utilized the materials during the luncheon.

The event featured keynote remarks from the Lieutenant Governor of Texas, Dan Patrick and included participation from Brown County Republican Party Chairman Robert Porter, Representative David Spiller, Dr. Cory Hines (President, Howard Payne University), Senator Phil King, Chairman of the Republican Party of Texas, Abraham George, Collin County Republican Party Chairman Byron Henry, and multiple local candidates.

Developed an original, custom-design concept aligned with the tone and formality of the event, overseeing layout, typography, and content hierarchy to ensure clarity and visual impact. The program underwent about 5 rounds of revisions and formal approvals in collaboration with Senator King’s staff, requiring precise attention to detail, responsiveness to feedback, and adherence to event protocol standards. Final deliverables were prepared for professional print production and day-of distribution.
