🏡 SOLD — Congratulations to my buyers of 129 LeGrande Blvd!

This one started almost a year ago with a conversation about financing, goals, and what needed to happen to make homeownership possible.

Sometimes I help you find a house today. Sometimes I help you make a plan so you’re ready when the right house comes along months later.

These buyers did exactly that. They knew where they stood, worked the plan, stayed patient, and when the right home came along, they were ready.

We definitely had some memorable showings along the way 😂, but they stuck with it, trusted the process, and now they’re HOME.

And as the internet already knows, I absolutely love working with first-time home buyers. ❤️

Thank you to Dan Short with Movement Mortgage, Citizens Land Title, Marisa Sanders with Allstate, and my wonderful sellers for helping make this happen for an amazing couple and their family.

🏡 SOLD — 129 LeGrande Blvd! 🎉

Congratulations to my sellers!

We’ve been working toward this one for a long time, and getting to finally put that SOLD on it feels extra good. 🤩

This closing isn’t just about selling a house, it’s about turning the page and starting a whole new chapter.

And their next chapter? RV life. 🚐🐾

Their pets, each other, the freedom of the open road, and the ability to wake up and decide, “Where do we want to go next?”

I’m so excited for them. Sometimes real estate isn’t about finding the next house. Sometimes it’s about creating the freedom to live exactly the way you want.

Congratulations, guys. Go live the heck out of this next chapter. ❤️

I picked this picture up at an estate sale recently because it had too much personality to leave behind.

Today, I walked past him and was like,
“You and me both.” 😂

It’s been a tough two weeks.

Being sick has a way of completely derailing everything you worked so hard to establish: your routine, your habits, your energy, your demeanor, your discipline…all of it.

And when you’re already running on empty, everything feels a little harder than it should.

So, you sit for a minute.
Deal with what’s in front of you.
Then the next thing.

And if you have to sit and stare at the floor, that’s OK, too. 🩷

Eventually, you get back up.
(Or off the pot. 😂)

Either way… buddy, I get it.

PS. I am recovering from a nasty bout of asthmatic bronchitis - Steroids, antibiotics, ibuprofen, albuterol (inhaler and nebulizer treatments), Symbicort, allergy medication, Vicks, Mullen (herb) tea, and steam.
Praying I am turning the corner finally! 🙏

I’m out looking at some land this morning and happened upon this little cutie.

Who knows where I am?
Who knows the history?

This house is just too cool not to show her off 🩷

PS. There is a 5th Ave 🤣 … and 644 4th is essentially a double lot going from 4th to 5th with parking on either side. 💪

Rumor has it that this property also has the biggest in-ground pool within city limits…😎🤔

644 4th Ave., Gallipolis, Ohio

Now priced at $175,000!

This listing is presented by Jessica Green Realtor but I would love to bring a BUYER her way!

Let me know if you are interested!
