3. Client Support:

3.1. A key factor in our success is the quality relationship we build and maintain with our clients, targeting an objective to be cost effective and thus set our selves as the primary recruiting resource for our clients.

3.2. We provide our services through partnership operating style with our clients starting with assisting our given clients in researching the HR need throughout successful implementation and follow-up as required.

4. Candidate Support:

4.1. RP treats its candidates as human calibers who are qualified and equipped with given skills to perform certain job roles at a given performance levels.

4.2. RP candidates are more likely counseled and guided for a best-fit choice that suits their qualifications and capabilities.




5. Portfolio of Services:

5.1. Recruitment Services:

5.1.1. Through a comprehensive computerized system, we maintain a wide-ranging database of candidates for most professions required in the Middle East markets as well as some other European markets. This system enables our recruiters to rapidly identify the most suitable candidates for a given vacancy as well as the candidate’s availability.

5.1.2. RP has also been known for its effectiveness in head hunting human calibers of rare expertise and skills.

5.1.3. For sourcing the right candidates, RP employs a variety of other corporate skills including attracting the targeted human calibers by well designed and placed job advertisements. RP accommodates an internal division for designing and placing adverts. Throughout its operating experience, RP has developed a thorough understanding of the job seekers habits (mainly in the Egyptian market), thus attracting calibers that rightfully suit the requirement.

5.1.4. RP does not stop at engaging a selected candidate to the client’s job role. Para-employment services provided by RP as required include maintaining

(a) An activity case record,
(b) Assistance in employment logistics,
(c) Induction, and
(d) Contact and emergency support for recruits on expatriation.

5.2. Visa and Travel Assistance:

5.2.1. A service extended mainly for candidates on expatriation, to primarily obtain necessary visas and assist in shipping any relevant statutory logistics required for the candidate to travel overseas.

5.2.2. In correspondence with the client’s requirements (as well as those of the host country in case of expatriation), RP facilitates necessary medical and security check-ups of the selected candidates and duly reports results to clients.

5.2.3. Additionally, RP acts on behalf of the client as the prominent employer for the selected candidate to secure appropriate travel arrangements.





5.3. Payroll Services:

5.3.1. RP provides a corporate shield service plan, which allows the client to employ staff on RP’s payroll and thus facilitate temporary and short-term employments and overcome possible domestic bureaucracies.

5.3.2. The given service staff (selected by the client through a recruitment process) is legally contracted and appointed on RP’s payroll to provide the required service for the client. RP maintains the regular statutory requirements for the given service staff and delivers the relevant salary through a computerized payroll system.

5.4. Market Surveys:

5.4.1. RP constantly researches employment information in the markets it operates in and thus keeps a readily available statistical data relevant to the different professions at various operating levels.

5.4.2. Thus, RP is always capable to provide its clients with compensation advice and guidance to facilitate their decisions on compensation.

5.4.3. RP provides also tailored salary survey services to its clients as required, targeting panel organizations and administering job matches to produce accurate and reliable results.

5.5. Restructuring and Manpower Planning:

5.5.1. As required and upon assignment, RP employs its skills to assist the client in reviewing the business processes and thus researches the ideal organizational requirements versus the existing resources, recommending an interim plan(s) so as to reach the desired structure.

5.5.2. In addition to analyzing given job roles, RP assists its clients in researching, shaping and finally designing job descriptions which best fit the given job’s purpose and responsibilities, desired deliverables, key result areas, key performance factors, required qualifications and skills.

5.6. Other HR Consultancies:

5.6.1. Management by Objective; an extended HR service provided by RP for its clients to satisfy ongoing HR services like organizational development or re-engineering required by clients. Thus researching and assisting clients in implementing an effective MBO system with consideration to the client’s corporate objectives.

6.1. RP promotes its services in most of the Middle East markets as well as in some European/US markets.

- Lead the design of policies and governance structures.
- Provide strategic advice to senior leadership and the Board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in governance, risk management, or compliance.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks within large organizations or family businesses.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant Saudi regulations (CMA, Ministry of Commerce).
