Vacation? Technically.

That's probably not something every agency owner wants to hear.

After spending more than 25 years working inside agencies, I've come to believe the biggest challenge isn't talent. It's the process.

Businesses don't care how many people touch a project or how many hours appear on an invoice. They care about solving problems, improving efficiency, and getting results.

AI didn't create this shift. It simply exposed where the old model is struggling to keep up.

"You used AI? That's cheating."

That was an actual response I received after helping a client solve an SEO problem.

My response?

The client didn't hire me to spend more hours. They hired me to solve the problem.

AI didn't create the strategy. AI didn't make the decisions. AI simply helped process information faster so I could focus on the work that actually mattered.

We've been adopting better tools in business for decades. AI just happens to be the newest one.

Think Above AI has officially rebranded.

The change isn't about a new logo or a different website. It's about a stronger focus on helping small businesses build better systems, improve efficiency, and implement practical AI solutions that create measurable results.

Over the last year, I've spent a tremendous amount of time building automation systems, refining processes, and developing new ways for businesses to reduce manual work, improve lead response, and streamline operations.

The rebrand reflects where the business is today and where it's headed next.
