Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control we wont be able to post any evidence caught on security cameras from the orphanage.
We genuinely apologize for this inconvenience but this is completely out of our hands because our cameras have been turned off.... Therefore giving us no access to the footage... Hopefully we have some great audio to post along with personal camera footage🤞🤞. Really disappointed because the combo investigation after parajam was amazing and we would have had a bunch to post from our security cameras......

Gettysburg is our home. 🖤👻

We love this town, we respect the people and businesses that make it special, and we are beyond honored by the incredible connections Black Lantern Paranormal has built within this community—as well as friendships and relationships we've made with folks across the country.

Anyone who has spent time in the paranormal field knows that the paranormal community can sometimes be filled with tension, drama, and toxicity. But that's not what defines this community.

What defines it for us are the amazing friendships, partnerships, relationships, and genuinely incredible people we've met along the way. People who support one another, work together, share a passion for the paranormal, and want to see each other succeed.

Black Lantern has accomplished a lot over these past few years, and none of it happens without hard work, trust, professionalism, respect, and community. We are incredibly proud of what we've built, grateful for everyone who has been part of the journey, and excited to see where the road takes us next.

What an amazing night!!!
A huge shout out to Terry and Amanda the owners of Haunted Trails Of Gettysburg for having us out!!!
Truly an amazing experience and a breath of fresh air with some absolutely amazing people!
We went live for alittle while last night on the Trails and in there cellar! Truly never a dull moment from genuine paranormal actively, meeting some new friends that came out yesterday and the creepy dolls that chris had a infatuation with. Was just overall a fantastic night that we truly look forward to doing much more often!

If your coming to Gettysburg and you want a great chance at having a real paranormal experience The Haunted Trails have got to be on your list of places to check out or frankly youll be selling yourself short!! Truly a Paranormal gem in our Haunted little town!!

We have a ton of audio and video to review and will absolutely be posting anything that we captured. Which just from a quick review of a couple things when we wrapped up well definitely have some posts coming soon 👻👻

We want to take a moment to address something publicly—not to create drama, but to make our position absolutely clear.

Black Lantern Paranormal was incredibly honored to be nominated for Pick of the Counties in the Ghost Tour category. From the very beginning, we have viewed this nomination as something positive not only for our team, but for the amazing people and organizations we are fortunate enough to work alongside.
We view this nomination as a win-win for both parties and we stand by that and thats how its always been advertised on our end!!

Our public investigations in Gettysburg are done hand in hand with Ghostly Images of Gettysburg, and we have tremendous respect and appreciation for them, their staff, and everything they do. At no point has our nomination, our promotion of it, or anything we have posted been intended as an attack, competition, or opposition toward Ghostly Images—or anyone else.

Unfortunately, an individual within the paranormal community has chosen to publicly portray our intentions differently and make negative statements about Black Lantern Paranormal and what we are doing.

Out of respect, we will not name this individual.

We attempted to reach out privately and have a respectful conversation to clear up any misunderstanding. That attempt was not reciprocated, and the public negativity has continued. Because of that, we feel it is important to clarify our position directly rather than allow someone else to define it for us.

We support Ghostly Images. We value our relationship with them. We are proud of the investigations we conduct together, and nothing about this nomination changes that.

There is room in this community to celebrate one another's accomplishments without tearing someone else down. We have always believed that success within the Gettysburg paranormal community can be good for everyone involved.

We are extremely grateful to everyone who nominated Black Lantern Paranormal, everyone who has voted for us, everyone who has attended one of our investigations, and especially the businesses, organizations, and friends who continue to work alongside us.

We will not engage in a public back-and-forth or respond to personal attacks. We would much rather put our energy where it belongs—supporting our partners, investigating responsibly, growing Black Lantern Paranormal, and continuing to provide memorable experiences for the people who join us.
