Admiral Tree Service, LLC was founded in 1993 by Navy veteran owner Justin Ruff, aka ‘Admiral’. After returning from his tour of duty, he did what came natural to him, starting a business in the lawn and landscape industry. Selling his lawn mowers to buy a 4th generation chipper, Admiral Tree Service was born. Justin’s approach to business is simple, ‘offer 4 star service at a fair price, and you
will flourish’, hence the name ‘Admiral’. In 2002, through his volunteer fire community involvement, Justin crossed paths with the Chief of a neighboring fire department, Robert Jeke: aka ‘Chief’. Jeke, who was an insurance broker at that time, was also performing small jobs in his community & had the same passion and business philosophy as Justin. Over the years, the two would team up on certain jobs, as a great match with their paralleled dedication to hard work and immeasurable skills. Realizing the large demand for a reputable tree service in the area, Admiral and Jeke officially united in 2007 to create the largest tree service in the area. Relying on the muscle of men in a labor intensive industry, Admiral Tree Service knew that the path to success would come faster if they invested in large tree care equipment. Doing so, enhanced safety, reduced labor, and maximized the output of service to satisfy customer’s growing needs. Admiral Tree Service continues to invest in state of the art large industrial equipment to enhance its capabilities.
