Selective demo is a different job than a gut job.

On this one we are taking out base trim throughout, all the flooring on every level, tile off the bathroom walls, toilets, closet shelves, the full kitchen with the tile backsplash, and cutting out sheetrock where the new layout needs it. Everything else stays exactly how we found it.

That is the part people underestimate. Anybody can swing a hammer and put a hole in a wall. The skill is knowing where to stop. The homeowners moved out the day before and there is still a house full of belongings in here, so we work slow and we work clean around all of it.

This one is a one day job for us. Selective demo for Tim T Properties.

If you are a contractor or investor who needs demo done right the first time so your trades can start on schedule, that is what we do.

A cleanout doesn’t always mean everything goes straight to the dump.

At this assisted living facility, we’re helping clear out an overflow storage area, but there’s still plenty of good stuff that can be reused. Furniture gets donated, usable items get sorted, and even things like old paint can sometimes be recycled and put to use.

That’s a big part of what we do at Trash Busters. We move fast, get the job done, and make sure as much as possible gets a second life instead of becoming waste.

Sometimes you don’t need a full demolition crew for the entire project. You just need the manpower to get the heavy work done. 💪

For this flip, we sent 5 guys out for 2 days and knocked out the grunt work. We gutted the entire second floor, opened up the first floor, removed ceilings for the electricians and plumbers, demoed walls and bathrooms, and tore off an addition that wasn’t built to code.

That’s why we offer a daily labor rate. Whether you need a crew for one day or a few days, we’ll handle the heavy demo so you can focus on putting the property back together. 🔨

Longo moves fast — so we do too. 💪🗑️

This Gloucester City flip is on a 10-day turnaround, and our job was to make sure demo didn’t slow the project down.

Illegal shed coming down, interior demo getting handled, debris cleaned up, and even with neighboring homes just feet away, the goal stays the same: work clean, work efficiently, and leave the site ready for the next phase.

When you’ve worked with someone long enough, there’s no back-and-forth. Longo sends the address, tells us what needs to go, and knows TrashBusters is going to get it done.

His timeline: 10 days.
Our timeline: 1 day. 🔥

There’s a reason Tim has trusted Trashmusters with his demolition projects for the past 5 years.

He holds his contractors to a high standard, and working with someone who expects the job to be done right has helped shape the way we operate as a company.

For us, it comes down to three things: speed, quality, and price.

In construction, you hear all the time that you can only pick two. Fast and affordable means sacrificing quality. Quality and speed means paying a premium.

We’ve never believed it has to work that way.

Our goal on every project is simple. Get in, get the demolition done efficiently, leave the job site as clean as possible, and give our clients competitive pricing without cutting corners.

Those expectations have become our standard, whether we’re working with a contractor we’ve known for five years or someone hiring us for the first time.

Fast. Clean. Reliable. Fairly priced.

That’s how we do demolition at Trashmusters. 💪

This part of the business is personal for us.

Not every family has the money to replace everything with something brand new, especially when they are starting over or trying to provide for their kids. Being able to save usable items from a cleanout and put them into the hands of another family is what makes the extra work worth it.

None of that happens without people who are willing to work hard, sort through everything, and genuinely care about where those items end up.

A cleanout does not mean everything has to be thrown away.

Anything that is still usable gets separated so it can be donated or reused, from food and furniture to toys, small appliances, household goods, and bicycles.

The goal is to remove what the customer no longer needs while saving as much as possible and getting those items back into the community.

One person may see a pile of unwanted stuff, while someone else may see exactly what they have been looking for.

When we clear out a home, we take the time to sort through the furniture, dishes, decorations, and even the smallest items. Keeping sets together and protecting usable pieces gives them a much better chance of finding a new home.

It takes more time, but giving good items another purpose makes it worth it.

Not every renovation needs to be taken down to the studs.

On this project, we’re using selective demolition to remove what needs to go while saving anything that can still be used.

Less waste, fewer unnecessary costs, and more of the investor’s money going toward the finished product.

Every project starts somewhere, and this one starts with a full demo. Before we can build something beautiful, we’ve got to strip it down and do it the right way.

I’m excited to take you along for the process so you can see this transformation from start to finish. Stay tuned because this one is going to be worth watching. 🔨🏡
