This isn’t the time to recite your entire resume. Instead, give a confident 2-3 minute summary that connects your background, training, and values to the fire service. Focus on what drives you to become a firefighter and how you’ve prepared for the job.

Think of it as your personal mission statement. The panel is listening for commitment, character, and clarity.
