Quick little 35x6 remove & replace. Was a little challenge with the existing grades as the asphalt driveway is much higher than the garage. Raised it up flush with the garage lip to eliminate the 3” bump and pitched it to the middle and made it work.

Got the pool house poured yesterday. Nice little 15 yard pour for us. Saw cut in the dark at 6am and off to pour another job today.

Little bit of regrading / restoration work and we’ll be done here and moving on to the next “big one”. Very thankful to be surrounded by good people and all of the opportunities God has provided. 🙌

Made repair as best as we could given the fact that the existing line is only sprinkler line and not CTS waterline. Restored water to the house. Customer understood that they need to do a full water line replacement so this doesn’t happen in the future especially with Rural Lorain County Water increasing main pressures.

Dug up a gem! Sprinkler line pipe, hose clamps with plastic barbed fittings.

Elyria pool house taking shape. Got our block laid up. Sewer stubbed in for the plumbers. Floor drain installed in mechanical room. DECA Dave installed all their pool equipment piping. Turned it over to the plumbers for the interior rough. Once they are done we can lay our foam, v***r barrier, wire and get it poured. Been a busy 2 weeks to get to this point.

Sewer repair in Lorain today. Replaced the 6” sanitary lateral all the way from under the footer to the curb where the pipe settled/shifting due to being installed on shale back in the day.. Installed 2way cleanouts with a backflow preventer in the middle since some of this area in Lorain is still combination sewer meaning the storm water and sanitary are all combined. Preventative measure. Little bit of clean up left to do tomorrow. Thankful to have a good crew. We hammered out this 70 ft replacement in the rain! 🤘

Waterline trenched in to the mechanical room. Sandy soil on top of our pipe then backfilled the ditch up with premium. Got all the 6” pvc and downspouts ran up on the east side. Once footers are done we’ll plumb the downspouts right to the footer.

Stripped all the topsoil off the building pad and used the clay from the footer dig to build up our pad compacted in lifts with a 5 ton roller to prevent settling. Put 304 on top to keep our work place as tidy and clean as we can.

Footers are getting poured tomorrow then we can start the block. Moving along on this pool house project. Slowly taking shape and starting to look like something. Progress pics to come!

Got to scrape the paint off the new tea-spoon today. Got the first pipe set and pipe laser dialed in to the proposed +0.25% slope and took off.

Was able to get all 200 feet and (3) 22B catch basins installed today. Start the waterline tomorrow and then layout for the footers. Hoping this hurricane weather coming north avoids us!

Access window saw cut into the existing foundation as well as the crawlspace slab poured in shaker. Sump pump plumbed up and out the wall and tied into a downspout line that drains to the curb. Glad to close that one out, east side traffic sucks! Moved back to the west side today and all of our equipment and materials are staged for the new pool house project in Elyria. Starting with 200 ft of 6” plus a few catch basins. Progress pics to come!

Footers and interior piping / sump crock done in shaker heights. Had our buddy lay up the block work. Gotta pour the interior crawlspace slab now and that’ll be closed out.

Also got the 9x50 driveway extension in Olmsted laid down and swirled after waterproofing the wall last week
