If employers are requiring masks and rubber gloves on the job site, they will be required to train the employees in proper use and disposal. If those items are used in prevention of the virus the gloves and masks may then become a biohazard. There are a lot of questions to be answered. The better answer for employers may be hand cleaning stations and social distancing.
