Summer Intern Spotlight: Paine Parks

Meet Paine! A Grand Forks native and current UND student studying Marketing, Communications, and Professional Sales. When he’s not helping out at the Roastery, you might find him on the golf course, planning his next travel adventure, or working on material for his passion, stand-up comedy! Before joining us, Paine was a linebacker for the UND football team, bringing teamwork, discipline, and plenty of energy to everything he does.

Fun Fact: Paine is a big believer in grounding and loves spending time barefoot outdoors to recharge and connect with nature.

We’re excited to have him on the team this summer, be sure to say hello when you see him around! ☕️🙌

There’s just something special about seeing our roasted beans come full circle.

We roast them, send them out into the world, and then they come back home looking all fancy in a cup. ❤

A huge thank you to Pan & Roots for bringing our little beans back to us in the most delicious way possible! Seeing our coffee transformed into beautiful drinks never gets old.

It’s kind of like sending your kid off to college and finding out they graduated with honors and learned how to make latte art.
