As a member of Ottawa County's Brownfield Authority, Josh helped bring one of Michigan's first brownfield housing projects to life — using tax incentives to clean up polluted land and make room for workforce housing. The goal: helping the teachers, police officers, and community servants who keep our towns running actually afford to live here.
