Oseka Homes is a custom home design-build company owned by Justin and Anna Oseka. Justin holds a degree in Construction Management, and Anna in Interior Design, both from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. They started the company in 2005 after moving back to Central Nebraska and have been passionately building beautiful, high-quality homes for their clients ever since. Whether you are looking

1. Heated epoxy concrete floor
2. Two dedicated outlets for refrigerators
3. A bathroom
4. A wash sink with storage and countertop
5. Outlets at table/counter height for crockpots, etc.
6. Fans for circulation
7. A mini split for heating and cooling
