In this role, you’ll use mechanical and power tools to install and connect motors, accessories, and more—making sure every unit is safe, efficient, and ready for our customers to enjoy. You’ll also work closely with our service team to ensure the best experience possible for every customer.

What You’ll Do:
Detail boats, ATVs, and related equipment to TMBC standards
Wash, wax, clean interiors, and perform basic detailing services
Inspect units for cleanliness and report any issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work efficiently while paying close attention to detail

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Eye for detail and pride in quality work
Ability to work outdoors and handle physical tasks
Experience in detailing is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
