Claims a person can be "in psychosis" and exhibit BOTH psychotic behaviors and NON-psychotic behaviors (sort of in and out of psychosis) and therefore still NOT be criminally liable even though she clearly has NON-psychotic behaviors.

Translation: we can always assume that no one is responsible for murdering another person; just claim you heard voices.

The result of atheistic, materialistic determinism.

THIS is why we do what we do. Mortgage work isn't really exciting or fun. But, helping folks through divorce, keeping life as stable as possible for the kids...well, I lay my head down tonight and thank God that Andy and I could do a little something to help a mom and her boys.
