Emotional Wellness By Design Emotional healing & encouragement for all relationships that want to grow God’s way

The founders, Gary and Karla LaFave have owned and operated successful businesses with 50+ employees. They later felt a call to serve and help others in the capacity of Restoration. Gary was ordained in 1998 to practice Pastoral Counseling and Karla later received a Certification of Special Ministries License which includes Biblical Counseling. They served as directors at a Family Homeless Shelter that served 100+ families a year. They founded and were statewide directors for an International Emotional Healing and Recovery Organization for 10 years. Through the years they continue to study and research the latest available updates in the area of Holistic Healing and Wellness.Their own personal experiences and education have helped develop successful methods in their partnership to work with couples and individuals in the areas that no else has been able to help them. They provide consulting, coaching and counsel both private and through classes & seminars. The areas of focus are: Premarital Counseling and Classes, Marriage Enrichment and Restoration and Biblical Parenting. Hurting people hurt people. When you don't heal from a wound, you BLEED on people who didn't cut you. When we bring our own wounds to Christ for HEALING, He BREAKS the cycle of victim mentality and BRINGS victory ❤️‍🩹❤️

It is a shaming device …….
It’s emotionally abusive.
It’s projection…… manipulating people into thinking, feeling, and believing like they do.
Trying to get you to conform to cookie cutter, one size fits all thinking like they have because they can’t see outside of their own thinking whether it’s one issue or their whole belief system……..
Go to God with your concerns and choices.
Pray and ask Him for wisdom, insight and direction. He uses other people to confirm and help direct, but it will be in a edifying manner, not a “ deadifying “ way ❤️
