🚨 Important Update for EB-3 Truck Driver Candidates 🚨

Traffic infringements and driver safety records are becoming a much bigger focus during U.S. visa processing for professional truck drivers.

The U.S. Consulate is now paying closer attention to:
✔️ Outstanding traffic fines
✔️ Multiple traffic violations
✔️ Vehicles registered under your ID
✔️ Driver safety history
✔️ Taxi or business vehicles connected to your name

These issues can lead to:
⚠️ Additional document requests
⚠️ Administrative processing delays
⚠️ Increased scrutiny during your visa interview

Even older fines or violations connected to vehicles you no longer drive may still appear under your record.

If you are currently in the EB-3 process, now is the time to:
✅ Review your traffic history using AARTO and Fines SA
✅ Resolve outstanding infringements
✅ Remove vehicles no longer in your name
✅ Speak with your immigration team early

Today, the U.S. observes Memorial Day. For our Workpath Visas community across the world preparing for your relocation journey, here is a quick guide to this significant American holiday:

The Meaning: It is a solemn day dedicated to honoring and mourning the military personnel who died while serving in the U.S. Armed Forces.

The Difference: Unlike Veterans Day (which honors all living veterans), Memorial Day specifically remembers those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Embracing these traditions is a powerful part of integrating into your new home. To everyone working hard toward their American dream today—we wish you a meaningful day ahead!

⚠️ Important Info for International Workers & EB-3 Candidates in our Program ⚠️

If you are currently working outside your home country and may be leaving soon, please contact us BEFORE you depart. One of the most common causes of immigrant visa delays is missing police clearance certificates.

For U.S. immigrant visa processing, applicants are often required to provide police clearances from ALL countries where they lived after age 16 for qualifying periods of time. If the documents are not in English, they need to be translated by a certified translator.

In many countries, obtaining this document while you are still living there is:

✅ Faster
✅ Easier
✅ Less expensive

Waiting until after you leave can create significant delays, additional costs, and processing complications.

Timing matters:

You do not want to obtain the document too early if you still live there, but you also do not want to leave the country without understanding the requirements first.

If you have questions about police clearances or concerns about your immigration case, contact our team as early as possible so we can help guide you through the process.

A very special welcome to Reuben’s family!

A few months ago, Reuben arrived in the United States to begin a new chapter in his trucking career. Now, we’re thrilled to celebrate an even bigger milestone – his wife and child have joined him here in the U.S.

This is especially meaningful because they are the first family with a child to be reunited through our program. Moments like this remind us that this work is about more than career opportunities. It’s about helping families build brighter futures, find stability and take the next step toward their dreams.

Welcome to the U.S., Reuben’s family. We’re so excited for all that’s ahead!
