🌟 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: MEET SAM 🚗

Meet Sam, a Lot Attendant at Bergstrom Automotive in Green Bay! 👋

Sam’s job keeps him busy checking in vehicles, inspecting them for damage, fueling and parking them, and making sure cars are clean and ready for customers. 🚙✨

When asked what he enjoys most about working at Bergstrom, Sam shared that he loves getting to drive the new cars, but the people make a big difference too.
💬 “Management is approachable, which makes it a lot easier to ask questions.”
Starting a new job comes with a learning curve. Sam had a lot of steps to learn to get vehicles into the system, and initially felt a little nervous driving new dealership-owned vehicles.

With experience, those nerves faded and his confidence grew. 💪
Sam said having a job coach available as a backup helped too:
💬 “Having someone as a backup to ask questions helped me gain confidence with situations that I didn’t know how to handle.”

And Sam has some great advice for anyone who may be nervous about starting their own employment journey:
⭐ “It’s normal to be nervous, but the people that are helping you want you to succeed, and you have to want that too, for yourself.”

We couldn’t have said it better. Congratulations, Sam! 🎉 We’re proud to have been part of your journey and excited to see you continuing to grow and succeed.

Meet Cathy Baumann!!!

👋 Hi! I’m Cathy, an Employment Consultant and Job Coach with VaryAbility.

I love helping people discover their strengths and watching their confidence grow as they gain experience through employment preparation and on-the-job experience.

I also enjoy working closely with local employers. Every successful placement is a partnership, and I love serving as a bridge between employers and job seekers to create the best possible fit for everyone involved.

Whether it’s helping with communication, training, problem-solving, or ongoing support, my goal is to make the process as smooth and successful as possible for both the employee and the employer.

There’s nothing better than meeting the incredible people who help make our community such a great place to live and work. I truly enjoy building relationships with both employers and job seekers, and I believe a little fun, laughter and kindness go a long way. After all, we spend a big part of our lives at work, so we may as well enjoy the journey together!
