It’s a slow tough retail season right now so your support is key to keeping Cozy House open and confident to invest in new product every week. I have more pieces than space so a few new items were unloaded to the parking lot. Get a great piece of furniture and help me avoid loading them back into my truck. Open 10-2 Friday and Saturday. I will probably stay open till they are gone today. Large blue and gray rug 9x7 - $65.

As my family prepares for the sale of my childhood home, pieces of it are moving in with me. I was in junior high when my parents bought this wingback chair. I didn’t like it at the time and no one ever sat in it except for guests. Now it’s in my living room and I can appreciate its quality and style. Do these cool evenings get anyone else in the mood for sweater weather? Nights are getting shorter and my color mood has already shifted to dark fall colors like plum, navy. burgundy and gray-my favorite fall tones. For me, they are good colors to carry through fall and winter. The orange and brown decor is beautiful but I don’t vibe with it for long. Here are some alternative fall looks from Cozy House.

We are on a trip back through the 90s, back to when you had to wait for the hot 9 at 9 to hear your favorite song on the radio, wait in line at Karma for concert tickets, when MTV actually played music videos and it was crazy, sexy cool to be your real self, not an edited broadcasted version, At Envogue, S&P and TLC concert with my life long ride or dies.
