This was the condition of Cozy House on Monday morning after bringing back items from a Saturday market. Unwalkable, disaster zone. I have made a lot of progress. Stay tuned for an update. Making changes to a small retail space is super challenging. .

I will have a new flock of birds ready for the next public shopping weekend which is next weekend!!! Shop Friday 10/23. 10-3 and Saturday 10/24. 10-4.
I’m still looking for a vendor market home that is a good fit but I am keeping my current space for pop up shopping dates. I will keep everyone posted as my plans come together. I’m still praying for one of those big empty retail buildings in Greenfield to offer a vendor market. I dream big and pray hard!!!!

I’m taking a full SUV to the market tomorrow. It’s mostly fall items. My space is pretty small so I am only bringing a few side tables. I do have my fall prints and some frames. I’m looking forward to selling in Henry County.

I still have a lot of decor and fall items to sell before the holiday and my first wrist surgery so I am hosting a two day sale at Cozy House. I will have 25% off fall decor, 50% off some clearance items, and a portion of the store will be set for Christmas as a holiday preview. I will also have women’s apparel from Free Soul Boutique and unique gift sets from Willow Lane Collective. This will be a great time to begin your Christmas shopping. Dates and times are on the flyer.

If you missed my previous video, I have closed the Cozy House retail location to public shopping. I plan to move to a vendor booth so customers get a bigger shopping experience. This does free my time up for additional services and to shop for better product. I have not been accepted into a vendor mall yet. I will sell on Facebook Marketplace from my current location. Thank you for supporting Cozy House. More updates to come.

I may not have posted hours but I’m still brining in new items for Marketplace, clients and planning for my booth. I’ve been denied by a couple of vendor malls but I know I will be more successful staying with the my brand, style and price point. Im having a great week on Marketplace already beating my entire store sales for last week in 2 days on Marketplace. More store hours does not mean more sales in the current retail landscape and I am adapting to the market. It’s not ideal for shoppers but trust me, my merchandise selection will be narrowed down to just the best new finds instead of adding fillers to try to reach every browser that walks through the door. Stay with me, I’m working hard for a better shopper experience.

I am taking Cozy House to the next level as I evolve the business to help me focus on what everyone wants- More unique, beautiful and great priced home decor. My time is best used sourcing product and shopping for customers that need decor. More services, more unique decor and a bigger shopping experience. I am so excited!! More details coming.
