There’s no greater compliment than knowing our clients feel confident their home is in good hands. 🏡

At Lake Dog Home Watch & Management, we understand that your lake home is more than a property—it’s a place you’ve invested in, a place you love, and a place that deserves to be cared for even when you’re away.

That’s why every home watch visit is approached with the same attention to detail we would want for our own home. From thorough inspections and detailed reports to simply being a trusted set of eyes on your property, our goal is to give our clients one thing above all else:

Peace of mind.

Thank you, D.P., for your kind words and for trusting Lake Dog with your Reynolds Lake Oconee home. It is truly a privilege to care for our clients’ properties.

Your home. Watched over. Thoughtfully managed. Always ready for your return.

There’s nothing quite like arriving at the lake… and walking into a home that’s already welcoming you.

At Lake Dog, our Arrival Services are designed so your time at the lake begins the moment you pull into the driveway—not with a to-do list.

Before you arrive, we’ll:
☀️ Arrange outdoor furniture and cushions
☀️ Open umbrellas and prepare outdoor living spaces
☀️ Set out pool furniture
☀️ Adjust thermostats for your preferred comfort
☀️ Open blinds to let the lake views shine
☀️ Complete all the finishing touches that make your home feel ready

Whether you’re escaping for the weekend or welcoming family and friends, we make sure every detail is in place before you unlock the door.

Because your time at the lake should be spent relaxing—not preparing.

💥This is exactly why Home Watch matters💥 What began as a routine weekly home inspection quickly turned into something much more.

💦During one of our scheduled weekly visits, we discovered a water leak on the main level in our client’s home which continued to the basement. Had it gone unnoticed for days—or even weeks—the damage could have been extensive, leading to costly repairs, mold growth, and significant disruption.

🗝️Instead, because the home was being professionally monitored, we were able to:
✔️ Detect the problem early
✔️ Coordinate the emergency response
✔️ Oversee the cleanup and drying process
✔️ Manage the repairs from start to finish
✔️ Keep our clients informed every step of the way—without them having to leave their vacation or second home

🔦This is the difference between simply having someone “check on your house” and having a dedicated Home Watch professional looking after your investment.

🏡For absentee homeowners, issues like this don’t wait until you’re back in town. Water leaks, HVAC failures, power outages, storms, and other unexpected events can happen at any time.

🔐At Lake Dog Home Watch & Management, we don’t just inspect homes—we protect them. We provide the peace of mind that comes from knowing someone is proactively looking after your property as if it were our own.

🩵Because when you’re away, someone should be watching over what matters most.
