Today we celebrated 20 leaders at Brady Services for completing 40 hours of Leadership Development Training over the last 4 months. The group participated in courses on self awareness through the DiSC Profile, employee engagement, communication, managing performance, giving feedback, hiring and interviewing, and building an effective team. We conducted half of the classes in person and half via zoom! This was an engaged energetic group and it was my pleasure to facilitate this program for them. Lisa Gallimore Withers

It is an honor to support non profit and government leaders in Alamance County through Impact Alamance's Leadership Institute. Today we celebrated the 8th year of this program by graduating 21 amazing community leaders. Thank you Impact Alamance for trusting me and co facilitator Linda Sink Smith with developing your leaders!

Today, we celebrated the growth and connections that have occurred over the last nine months for the participants of Leadership Institute as they officially became graduates of the program!
By weaving together essential lessons from classroom training, individual development plans, self-discovery, practical applications, and personal coaching, they have diligently worked to create a strong rope of knowledge that will empower them in their professional and personal endeavors.

We’re passionate about investing in development opportunities for community leaders, such as Leadership Institute. We want to thank our engaging program facilitators, Lisa Withers and Linda Smith, who helped make this possible! Please help us in congratulating the 2022-2023 class of Leadership Institute!

Some of you know my spiel on how common sense is like a unicorn - a lovely idea that we desperately wish was real but with no evidence that it actually exists!

Congratulations to the 2022 Graduating Class of The Leadership Institute. These non profit and government leaders from throughout Alamance County completed 9 months of leadership classes, one on one coaching, and peer learning/ coaching circles.
My colleague, Linda Smith and I are grateful to facilitate this amazing program sponsored by Impact Alamance and United Way. In Houston today with my friends at Synergy!

Y'all! I have the "sweetest" clients! My friends at Synergy had seen me one time in person prior to the pandemic. We connected early in 2020 and started doing virtual workshops for their members. Synergy didn't sit and wait for things to go back to normal. They quickly pivoted to continue to bring value to their members and I am so grateful to be a partner in that work!
