Man, this year has started off on a wild ride.
We recently had our annual CoolVu convention, and I’m incredibly honored to have been named Eastern Region Franchisee of the Year. A lot of long days, lessons, and steady progress went into that moment, and it meant a lot to see the work translate.
I also stepped outside my comfort zone and competed in Tinter Battles (the window tinting world championships) for the first time. I was paired with a partner I had never met before the competition, and together we made it to the finals! On top of that, we were honored with the “Seamless Sync Award.” Competing at that level and building that kind of chemistry under pressure was a rad experience and a start to a great friendship.
The work doesn’t stop there though, I’ve already had the opportunity this year to help protect schools by installing security film attachment systems. Being able to use my skillset in a way that makes a real impact is something that motivates me every day.
And in between all of that, I’ve gotten to work on several awesome projects with some great peers and friends in the industry. The relationships, the growth, the competition, the purpose — it’s all fuel.
We’re just getting started. 🚀
