Well said Mr. Buffett!
There is nothing wrong with buying a struggling company if you are willing and ready to put in the massive effort in order to bring it back around.
But the wiser option is to buy a great company and step in to continue its growth. Not only is there less risk, but you can also move into expanding by finding problems to solve instead of spending precious time uncovering and dealing with a multitude of existing ones!

Does this hit you like it did me?
It is far too easy to make promises and resolutions when you are caught up in the feeling of the moment. That is why you are on such a high when you leave personal development conferences! You are so pumped up and ready to take on the world. Just like everyone around you. You know what you need to do to succeed. And you are ready to do it!
But what about a week later? Those excited butterflies have flittered off. The work you need to do to achieve your goals is hard. The grind is hard. You start slacking off and getting behind. Then shame and disappointment sets in. Before you know it you're back where you started.
I get it. I feel you. I AM YOU! But how do you keep moving forward when you simply don't have the drive? It all comes down to one word. A word that the most successful entrepreneurs in the world hold dear... CONSISTENCY.
There there's no magic sauce here. There is no book, video series, or conference that will give it to you. You already have it, you just need to use it. It comes down to moving forward no matter how many times you slow down or fall. Don't give up. It isn't about how you start, it's about how you continue.
Pick yourself up today. Commit to consistently. Slay your Wednesday! You don't need to feel it, you just need to do it.
