Are you looking for a comprehensive breastfeeding class?

Breastfeeding may be natural, but it doesn’t always come naturally to many parents & their babies. In this 2 hour interactive class, our International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) helps parents planning to breastfeed, learn the basics of breastfeeding, establishing milk supply, positions, latch, common difficulties, expressing milk for bottle feeding, and so much more.

You know I always loving helping mommies and babies with breastfeeding, but sometimes it’s hard pumping and storing my milk on the run in the car all day. I was able to get a Mila's Keeper, to keep my liquid gold cold for up to 20 hours, while I’m driving in the upstate. This little thing is so pretty and stylish. It comes with a glass bottle that I can pump directly into, or pour my milk in after I have pumped with a wearable. I loving being able to store in glass until I get home! Love this milk storage keeper!!

April is here and we have some things going on for Mountain Lactation. We will be hosting an Online B**b Camp class on April 12th 1:30-3:30ish

Come out and join us on March 23rd at 9:30am at Mountain Lactations office.

Massages help infants digest better, sleep better and strengthen the parent- infant bond.

You will be given a handout to take back home to remind you of all the skills you learned!
