Starting July for the next 3 months all residential customers will have the option to pay yearly. The yearly price will be on the bottom of your bill if you receive a bill by mail. If you receive your bills by email, they will not have the yearly amount on it so please call the office and we can let you know what the yearly figure will be.

If you are enrolled in auto pay, please call the office to pay for the year in full. If you don't, only the quarterly amount will be deducted.

The option to pay yearly is something that we have done since we have been in business but the trash hauling program that we use does not have that written into the program since most trash hauler do not give the option to pay yearly.

We have a new phone system. With this new set up it will prompt you to the right department. We realize talking to a human is preferred but we also know time is important so this new system will get you to the right person efficiently instead of being put on hold. As always, the phones will go to voice mail between 12:30 until 1:30 for lunch. Please bear with us until we learn the phones. Thank you for your patience.

Text messages were sent out about taking out payment on the 15th of June. Unfortunately, it was sent to some customers that have had their auto pay taken out last month instead of going to customers that pay in June. We apologize for the error and we assure you that no payment will be taken out of your account if you already paid in May. Technology is great but the person using that technology is human. We again apologize for the error. A new text was sent out to the right group.

Today at 1:00 we will draw the lucky winner for the Orioles tickets live.

Time is running out if you want to get into the drawing for the Oriole tickets. We will be drawing the lucky person on Monday, May 18th at 1:00 p.m. To get into the drawing you would need to sign up for auto pay and/or e-billing. If you have already called and signed up, you do not need to call again.

For all our Monday customers: We are on normal schedule today. The trucks have been out on the routes since 5:00. Times may vary today since they are trying to get all routes done and off the road before the storm gets bad.
