🗓 SERVICING SCHEDULE AFTER CERTIFICATION

Monday – Friday
⏰ 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM ET

Saturday & Sunday

✨ Most intervals are typically available on:
✔ Saturdays
✔ Sundays
✔ Mondays

📌 Weekend Requirement:
Agents must service at least 5 hours total on Saturday and/or Sunday each week.

💡 IMPORTANT COST INFORMATION:
▫️ $50 non-refundable class confirmation deposit required by the platform
▫️ Background check required after enrollment
▫️ NO drug test for this opportunity

▫️ MuvaArtx LLC charges a $25 support/admin fee per invoice cycle FOR 3 MONTHS ONLY once agents complete training and begin taking live calls under our IBO.

MuvaArtx Virtual Call Center is now accepting serious applicants for a remote inbound customer service opportunity servicing a healthcare transportation client, a nationwide healthcare transportation provider.

This is a work-from-home role assisting members with non-emergency medical transportation needs — helping people get to life-saving appointments every day

💰 PAY STRUCTURE (VERY IMPORTANT)
✔️ Certification (TRAINING) Pay:
➡️ $7.64/hr during certification (paid training)
✔️ Production Pay (after training is successfully completed):
➡️ $13.50/hr
👉 Training pay is the lower amount
👉 Once certification is successfully completed, you move to the higher production rate

⏰ SCHEDULING PERKS
✔️ Overnight servicing windows available
✔️ After training, you choose your own schedule
✔️ Service hours are available daily, including early morning and late evening timeframes

📌 REQUIRED FEES (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
These fees are paid directly to the Arise platform/vendors — not to MuvaArtx.

🔹 $50 Class Confirmation Deposit

• Non-refundable
• Missing the first day of class results in loss of deposit

• Paid to Arise’s third-party vendor
• Monthly background check required

The drug screen does NOT test for ma*****na (THC)

• Windows 11 computer (no MacBooks/Chromebooks)
• Hard-wired internet
• We**am required
• Background check + drug screen before class
• Must successfully complete certification to move into production pay
