🌱 Everything shouldn't need to fall apart before you choose differently.

For me, things started feeling and hitting different.🚩

So...
I slowed down.
I sat in stillness and quiet for a minute.
I journaled.

Then, I realized I needed a change!

😵‍💫Sometimes we ignore our needs because we've been conditioned to...
..prioritize everyone else's or believe that rest must be earned!

In , we talk about how we all move between doing well, reacting to stress, and struggling.

And you know what? Ignoring ourselves often happens in the middle of that mental health continuum, when we’re still functioning but not actually OK.

The goal isn't to be OK all the time, though. It's to notice when something is off with yourself and course correct before burnout or some other mental health challenge settles in and gets comfy.
