ONE LAST LOOK BEFORE AUCTION DAY! 🔨

We’re wrapping up our photo previews for tomorrow’s Mummert’s Auction Services sale, and we figured we’d finish with a little bit of everything!

Furniture, chairs, tables, cabinets, a Speedway sled, exercise equipment, household items, lumber, boxes & boxes of hand tools, power tools, hardware and plenty more will be crossing the auction block.

And remember — we run TWO AUCTIONEERS!

The inside AND outside portions of the auction begin at 8:30 AM, so if tools, furniture and the outside treasures are what you’re coming for, you won’t have to wait for the inside sale to finish. Both will be moving at the same time!

📅 SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10
📍 Northeast Adams Fire Hall – East Berlin, PA
🚪 Doors Open: 7:15 AM
🔨 Auction Begins: 8:30 AM
🔨 TWO Auctioneers
💲 NO BUYER’S PREMIUM!

One last friendly reminder — please bring your own boxes, totes, packing materials, help for loading larger purchases and trailers if you think you may need one. All purchases must be removed by the end of sale cleanup.

We’ve shown you a lot of pictures, but there’s nothing quite like walking through and seeing what catches your eye in person.

Get some rest tonight, grab your coffee in the morning, and we’ll see everyone at 7:15 AM!

Thank you for following along with all of our auction previews. We’ll see you at the sale!

🌤️ DON’T FORGET ABOUT WHAT’S HAPPENING OUTSIDE!

While one auctioneer is busy selling inside Saturday morning, our SECOND AUCTIONEER will be getting things rolling outside at the very same time!

If tools, yard & garden items, fishing rods, outdoor décor, furniture and all those miscellaneous finds are what bring you to an auction, you’ll want to head outside and be ready to bid.

🔨 BOTH AUCTIONEERS START AT 8:30 AM! 🔨

That means you won’t have to wait for the inside auction to finish before the outside items begin — BOTH sides of the sale will be moving at the same time.

And judging by what’s lined up outside, there should be plenty to keep everyone busy!

📅 SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10TH

👀 Doors Open at 7:15 AM
🔨 Auction Starts at 8:30 AM
🔨 TWO AUCTIONEERS – INSIDE & OUTSIDE
⭐ NO BUYER’S PREMIUM! ⭐

If you’re coming for the outside portion, remember to dress for the weather and come prepared! Bring your own boxes, bins and packing materials — and if you have your eye on some of those larger items, you may want to bring a trailer too!

One auction...two auctioneers...and a whole lot happening at 8:30 Saturday morning!

🥛 FROM THE DAIRY TO THE WORKBENCH...THIS SALE HAS A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING!

Here’s another look at what’s waiting for Saturday!

Milk bottle collectors are definitely going to want some time at this table. We have a large assortment of old milk bottles from a variety of dairies, with different sizes, shapes and advertising represented — including some local and regional examples.

And the dairy theme doesn’t stop with the bottles! There are advertising pieces, milk crates and other dairy-related items mixed in as well.

Then we head from the milk route to the workshop...

We have a nice selection of old tools and workshop items coming across the auction block too. Hand tools, pieces that have clearly seen plenty of honest work over the years, and all kinds of things for the collector, decorator or person who still believes an old tool was made to be USED. 🔨

That’s one of the fun things about this sale — you can go from old advertising and dairy collectibles to tools, primitives, household pieces and who knows what else in just a few steps.

And don’t forget to bring your own boxes and packing materials for everything that decides it needs to follow you home. 😄

🧺 WELL...BASKET LOVERS, THIS ONE MAY BE FOR YOU! 🧺

We weren’t kidding when we said there is a LOT to see at this sale!

Take a look at all of those Longaberger baskets! There’s a great assortment of sizes and styles, with liners, lids and accessories mixed throughout. Whether you collect them, decorate with them or actually put them to work around the house, you’ll definitely want to give this area a good look.

And then there’s the CAST IRON! 😍

Several skillets and pans in different sizes are lined up and ready for new kitchens — or for those collectors who know you can never have too much good old cast iron.

Keep looking through these photos, because there are plenty more treasures tucked in between — an old Victrola talking machine, lanterns, vintage advertising pieces, Pyrex, kitchenware and lots of interesting smalls.

This is exactly why we always say to come see it in person. There’s simply too much to catch in a handful of pictures!

We know, we know...we JUST got into fall! The leaves are barely changing, the pumpkins haven’t even had their moment yet, and somehow CHRISTMAS has already taken over a whole section of tomorrow’s auction! 😂

We have a BUNCH of ornaments, including a large assortment of Hallmark Keepsake ornaments and plenty of other Christmas goodies. Apparently nobody told Santa that it’s only October!

But don’t worry, fall lovers — there is MUCH more than Christmas waiting for you tomorrow!

Take a look through these photos and you’ll spot vintage kitchenware, Pyrex, pottery, old advertising pieces, calendars and paper goods, Roy Rogers collectibles, clocks, glassware, decorative pieces and plenty of those miscellaneous treasures that make an auction so much fun.

And remember, these photos are only part of what will be selling!

One of the best parts of auction day? You just never know what might be waiting on the next table!

As we finish getting everything ready for Saturday’s auction, the tables just keep getting more interesting. There are dishes and kitchenware, glassware, collectibles, framed pieces, household items, Christmas pieces, vintage odds & ends, furniture and plenty of those fun “what in the world is THAT?” finds that make an auction worth wandering through. And yes… there’s even more here than what you see in these photos!

Take your time, look under the tables, peek inside the boxes and keep your eyes open — sometimes the best find of the day is the one you weren’t looking for.

A QUICK UPDATE FOR OUR OCTOBER 10TH AUCTION

As we continued working through one of the estates included in our October 10th sale, it quickly became clear just how much merchandise this estate actually contains!

Rather than trying to squeeze too much from one estate into a single auction, we've decided to divide the merchandise so that everything can be given the time and attention it deserves. We feel this is the fairest way to handle it for both our consignor and our buyers.

Because of that, some of the items originally pictured for October 10th will be offered at a later sale instead.

We believe we have now updated the photos on both Facebook and AuctionZip to accurately reflect the items from this estate that are planned for the October 10th auction.

If you've been following along with the photos, we encourage you to take another look. The easiest place to review the current photo selection all together is our AuctionZip listing.

And don't worry — there is STILL plenty coming on October 10th! This estate simply turned out to have far more merchandise than could reasonably be handled in one sale, and we'd much rather spread things out than rush through an overcrowded auction.

Thank you, as always, for following along, sharing our sales and supporting Mummert's Auction Services. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing everyone on October 10th!
