I will never eat my labor price again !!!! I will not cheat my customer, but time is not free our trucks & equipment are not free , the insurance I pay so as to work for you is not free , the fuel I pay to get to you is not free , the guy who rides with me and works to repair you water system he doesn’t work for free . I just spent enough in labor I’ll have to do 40+ service calls just to recover what I’ve spent to repair a 32 year old truck !! Why did I not just replace it cause you can’t get one like it see it’s the one that can get in tight locations if it gets scratched I don’t loose my mind . I learned a lesson today don’t cut yourself short on your labor cause no ones going to cut they’re labor for you . All the service calls I’ve done where the customer says you mean your going to charge me a service call for that or for driving over here yes I am from now on , I looked at my board with all the none paid service calls invoices it would more than covered this expense . You should never come home with less than what you left with.
