On balance, I also shared belly laughs with the little one I’m working with 😂 He thought my pig snort sound was hilarious AND imitated it repeatedly!! 🐷

I work in a world where ‘challenging behavior’ is still the nice way to say it. ‘Behavior that challenges you’ is the better way…
But what isn’t being said is that your needs as a parent are still important. You can know all the ‘strategies’ but if your part in the relationship isn’t being honored, it’s not going to feel like it’s working, and you’ll fall back into old patterns.

My work can support the families who are going through really difficult moments like separation or divorce. It can also support families where you just want someone to peek in, hear the day to day difficult moments and walk with you to feeling calmer and more confident.
There isn’t a manual, and even if there was, it wouldn’t know YOU! 💜
