Larger companies have options.
They can adjust pricing, add fees—or even seek relief.

Spent yesterday at the State of M&A Conference in Green Bay.

Great keynote from Scott Snider kicking things off.

As a fellow CEPA, I appreciate how he frames exit planning for what it really is — just good business planning.

It starts with alignment. What does the owner actually want?

If someone’s goal is owning a minor league baseball team someday… and that takes a $100m outcome… then the business needs to be built with that in mind.

That’s the work: listening first… then aligning the business to the outcome.
