August was our first Junior Officiating Clinic, where students learned directly from an IAABO official, discussed game strategy, and gained confidence in making calls. We’re committed to helping young athletes learn the game from every angle.

More classes are on the way, and we can’t wait to keep building confident young officials. Stay tuned!

As officials, we’re usually pretty good at staying humble about our accomplishments. But right now is a great time to tell us what YOU DID!

Because once you get a taste of something bigger than last season… you never want to let it go. 🔥

First varsity game? Playoff crew? State tournament? First college assignment? Maybe you simply became a better official than you were the year before.

Whatever it was—you earned it. Own it.
