Private event party treats designed and curated for a special crowd in partnership with Berkins on Main and Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art.

ON THE TABLE:

PETIT FOURS: delicate and made with scratch made fresh lemon curd, scratch made fresh blueberry jam, Vanilla Bean Signature Buttercream, Callebaut white chocolate glaze and Sweetapolita artisan sprinkles.

BURNT BASQUE CUSTARD made with local, farm-fresh CT dairy ( The Modern Milkman), fresh berries, extravagant Norohy organic vanilla bean paste, white chocolate crisppearls and artisan star sprinkles.

FUDGE made with Callebaut Chocolate and CT local butter Liuzzi Cheese topped with Maldon Sea Salt.

MERINGUES made with freshly cracked organic eggs, Domino Sugar cane sugar, and 🌈🌈🌈.

Welcome to Disheveled Diva's test kitchen 🙃 and this inaugural Burnt Basque Cheesecake. 🤤

We made a Burnt Basque Custard earlier in the week for a big party (👯) so we HAAAD to make the namesake matchy-matchy Cheesecake!

Admittedly, for any Burnt Basque Cheesecake aficionados, you will immediately note it is NOT as burnt as it should be, but the rise was still SO beautiful and it tasted INCREDIBLY delicious. So...worth sharing this test with you!

DISHEVELED DIVA HAS THE BEST CLIENTS!

I had the incredible opportunity to work on this couple's wedding and many milestone events in the past, so when the MAMA TO BE reached out to help celebrate her BABY GIRL and work on a pink theme, I was (yes, it's about to happen...!) TICKLED pink! 🫣😉💗

These Lambeth cakes were accompanied by MANY other Disheveled Diva GF treats to build a lavish sweets bar celebrating Baby Girl! (More on that later!). What an honor! 🥰

From top to bottom, inside out, gluten free and filled with lux taste! Using the finest and local ingredients... always!
