The Ivy was honored to represent Hartselle as the community spotlight during the Rocket City Trash Pandas Hometown Throwdown! It was such a special evening celebrating our community and everything that makes Hartselle home.

We’re incredibly grateful to Redstone Federal Credit Union and the Trash Pandas Foundation for their generous support and for presenting The Ivy with a check that will allow us to continue investing in and giving back to our community.

✨ Kaden Worley ✨

Kaden Worley is honored to serve on the board of IVY Young Professionals and is passionate about creating opportunities for growth within the community.

Through his professional experience at Sonoco Products Company and as the founder of Southern Brothers Company LLC, Kaden has developed a strong appreciation for leadership, service, relationship-building, and investing in others. He believes that personal and professional growth are most meaningful when shared with those around him.

For Kaden, IVY represents much more than networking. It is an organization dedicated to bringing together driven young professionals who are committed to making a positive impact and helping shape a stronger future for the community.

He is grateful for the mentors, leaders, friends, and opportunities that have influenced his journey and helped him grow both personally and professionally. Kaden looks forward to continuing to serve, connect, and help develop the next generation of leaders.

✨Sara McClellan✨

Born and raised in Hartselle, Sara is passionate about networking, building connections, and serving her community through her role as a Business Services Coordinator with the Morgan County Commission.

With a background in public service, including experience as a congressional intern in the U.S. House of Representatives, she brings leadership, community engagement, and a heart for service to everything she does.

Sara earned her Associate Degree in Business Administration from Wallace State Community College, where she was also a cheerleader. She later obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

In addition to serving on The Ivy board, Sara is actively involved in the community as a member of Morgan County Republican Women, Team Moore for U.S. Senate, the Visit Decatur AL Ambassador Program, and the Hartselle Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys volunteering with local organizations, attending church, and creating social media content that highlights local restaurants, businesses, and community events throughout North Alabama.

✨McKinna Willingham ✨

Born and raised in Cullman, McKinna is
passionate about building connections and serving her community through her work with the Hartselle Area Chamber of Commerce.

With a professional background in banking and customer relations, she brings organization, creativity, and a people-first mindset to everything she does.

Outside of work, she’s a wedding videographer who loves capturing meaningful moments and telling stories through film. Recently married, McKinna enjoys life alongside her husband and their white cocker spaniel, Posie.

Whether she’s coordinating events, networking with local businesses, creating content, or unwinding with jazz music in the background, McKinna values authenticity, community, and making people feel welcomed wherever she goes!
