Reunited Weeks Three & Four Recap: Party Cleanup, Content Development, Five Days in Rome & a Family Farewell Dinner!

We put our time management skills to the test as we worked to restore order following lots of house guests and two major celebrations. Our days were filled with calls with U.S. clients, face-to-face meetings with Irish clients, and several photoshoots.

Then we took a short jaunt to the Italian countryside where the temperatures were soaring, but the pasta and wine were divine! Highlights included a guided tour of the Borghese Gallery & Gardens, a cooking class and wine pairing with Paola and Stefano, a sweltering day in Assisi, pottery shopping in Deruta, art galleries in Spello, and daily swims in our Umbrian Villa’s pool!

We made it back to Ireland with 48 hours to spare - just enough time for a client event and a family farewell dinner.

Suffice it to say, 30 days went by like the blink of an eye. We were busier than we wanted to be, but we wouldn’t change a thing. We’ll rest.... one day!

Reunited Week Two: They’re here! They’re here!

Nearly the whole gang made it to Ireland for two major parties: 1) Catie Beth and Kevin’s one-year anniversary celebration and 2) a July Fourth party that was one for the books! The prep was intense (we worked during the day and prepped in the evenings), but the outcomes were close to perfect, including the weather.

We couldn’t have done it without Lidl, Dunnes, Amazon, Butler House, Maura Hickey, kegs from the local pub, a lot of Bowman-Duncan elbow grease, and the best D.J. we could ever have imagined!

In the blink of an eye, the parties were over, family and friends were headed back to the U.S., and Team KHC was back at our desks in CBB’s home office.

Some things in life are meant to be remembered. This week is one of them.

Creating the Adagio brand identity for professional organizer and former dancer Leah Eggert was a high-tempo creative experience that left us yearning for home-life harmony. We loved connecting the dots between the art of dance and the organized structure of a living space for her website and print assets, and stretching our minds to ensure her message of "less is more" took center stage.
