Plastic Habitat

Plastic Habitat Plastic Habitat is a awareness movement. It shows others and reminds our selves how the plastic we encounter everyday never really goes away. My names Tom.

Use the Hashtag to show how you're doing your part. Pick it up and create Good Karma! I'm a surfer, ocean lover and artist. The idea of the Plastic Habitat movement came to me while encountering plastic garbage on the beach and in the line up while surfing. it developed further while working on a printmaking series about saving our oceans from pollution. Thats when I hand carved th

e image of the dead fish in a plastic bottle and made prints. People like the design so I started using it to represent the plastic habitat movement. My idea was to organize beach and park clean ups, but then I also had the idea of using our online communities show that anyone at anytime can start their own clean ups and spread the idea through social media. Every visit to the beach or park can be a mini clean up. I think we should all make it a way of life, if you see plastic pollution pick it up. It may just bring you good karma. Share a picture of your own clean up and hashtag it
