There is a war going on at WordPress. That's strong language I know, but it's a rough situation. WordPress is feuding with a company called WP Engine. Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) is a plugin created by WP Engine. I use that plugin on one of my websites. Imagine my surprise to log into my website and find ACF gone. In its place was Secure Custom Fields (SCF) owned by WordPress. No notice. No anything. WordPress just took over that plugin. Now some plugin developers are delisting their plugins in protest.
