We’re looking for a Laborer / Equipment Operator who takes pride in their work, is willing to get their hands dirty, and is ready to be part of a team that gets the job done right.

Our work includes:
🔸 Excavation & Grading
🔸 Hardscapes & Site Work
🔸 Land Clearing & Site Prep
🔸 Drainage & Outdoor Construction

Equipment operation experience is preferred, but we’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a good attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Hey Western North Carolina! I’m Andy Duncan — owner and operator of Triple M Land Management LLC, right here in Hendersonville, NC.

Born and raised in Mills River, I’m proud to serve the community I call home. Alongside operating Triple M, I’ve spent the last 18 years serving as a Volunteer Firefighter and Forest Service member — experiences that taught me the value of hard work, integrity, and showing up for people when it matters most.

What started just one year ago with faith, determination, and one opportunity has quickly grown into a trusted local business proudly serving Henderson County and surrounding areas.
