If you join me as a PTIN holder, my goal is NOT for you to still need me for everything two years from now.

Let me explain.

I want to TRAIN you.

I want you asking questions.

I want you making mistakes during training so we can correct them.

I want you understanding WHY you’re doing something instead of just memorizing where to click.

I want you learning how to communicate with clients.

I want you learning how to market yourself.

I want you becoming confident enough to handle situations that used to intimidate you.

And if ownership is something YOU want?

I want to help you work toward your EFIN and becoming an ERO.

Rich Auntie doesn’t believe mentorship means keeping people underneath you forever.

If I teach you properly, you SHOULD grow.

You SHOULD become more independent.

You SHOULD need less hand-holding.

And eventually?

You should be able to help somebody else.

THAT is development.

Your job doesn’t necessarily need to pay you more. You may need another way to get paid.

Read that again.

Because sometimes we put ALL the pressure on one paycheck.

Rent went up.

Groceries went up.

Insurance went up.

Everything costs more.

And we’re sitting there waiting for somebody at work to approve a $1 raise.

Rich Auntie needs you to think differently.

What SKILL do you have that can create another stream of income?

Tax preparation is a skill.

And once you learn it, nobody can take that knowledge away from you.

You don’t necessarily have to quit your job.

You don’t have to become a full-time entrepreneur tomorrow.

You can START.

Learn the industry.

Prepare returns.

Build clientele.

Develop your confidence.

And decide how far you want to take it.

Some people will remain preparers.

Some will eventually get their EFIN and become EROs.

Some will build teams.

Some may eventually become Service Bureaus.

But everybody has to START somewhere.

Same marketing.

Same problems.

Absolutely not.

Better systems.

Stronger marketing.

More knowledge.

Better business decisions.

And a bigger vision for what your tax business can become.

Sometimes your next level requires leaving what’s comfortable.
